Market Street Offices

Johnson-Schmidt & Associates designed three renovations for this Market Street client. The building had been previously refurbished to provide an ancillary office area, as well as adding space on additional floors. A phased project allowed for seamless expansion, maintaining operations during peak functioning times. The project involved nearly 20,000 square feet of space impacted during various renovation stages and included interior finishes, furnishings, and materials selections.
