Klugo Partners collaborated with Johnson-Schmidt & Associates in a full Architectural Services and Historic Tax Act Application for a 10,000 square feet mixed-use building. The project focused on building rehabilitation and conversion into seven upstairs market-rate apartments, with retail spaces on the first floor. The project received funding from Restore NY, a NY Main Street grant, property tax reduction through 444-a, and historic preservation tax credits.
