The First National project, completed in 2020, involved the historic renovation of two buildings in downtown Olean. The first building is the long-abandoned 1915 First National Bank building, the "Manny Hanny Building," an epithet for Manufacturer's Hanover Bank. This ten-story structure now houses 21 market-rate luxury apartments on floors 2-10, with the former bank floor and mezzanine transformed into an art gallery, restaurant, and event facility.
The second building is the former two-story Siegel's Shoes building, which has also undergone renovation and was converted into Class A office space.
