Corning Free Academy

This former school building—a type unique to the region—was purchased and transformed into six condominiums. Each condo offers a stunning view across the valley. The restoration project aimed to keep the building's historic character by restoring and retaining the original stairways, windows, wood floors, and ceiling heights. Part of the Corning historic district, the apartments have consistently maintained full occupancy. While every unit varies in design and detail from historic to modern, they have each been tailored to complement the building's original features.
