406 East Church Street
In the heart of Elmira's civic historic district, the Reynold's Way project consists of four distinct buildings that had been vacant for many years. Together, Reynold's Way now offers 41 affordable apartments.
Situated across the street from City Hall and next door to the Chamber of Commerce, 406 East Church Street features detailed porches that had been previously removed from their facades. After a century of various uses, the interior was rehabilitated and restored for use as residential apartments.
