Located at the heart of the Corning Gaffer District, this unique 1893 brick building is thoughtfully restored and rehabilitated for mixed-use. The project was completed in compliance with SHPO and National Park Service requirements, preserving the building's historic flair with added upgrades to meet safety and fire codes. Improvements include the installation of sprinkler systems, an additional fire-rated stair, a fire escape, and an elevator. The building now offers 7,870 square feet of renovated space, with the ground floor being utilized as retail, and the second through fifth floors serving as market-rate, floor-through apartments.
